We understand how urgent it must be for you to submit a warranty request after taking the necessary troubleshooting steps with a damaged device. Our customer support wants to make this process as easy and smooth as possible to provide the best vaping experience.
Here is what you should do.
Contact a customer support agent via email, phone, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram. We will gather your information and asses the problem. A warranty email will be sent to you and a ticket for service will be created in our system.
This warranty does not cover the following situations:
- User error (dropped, water-damage, incorrect-charger, etc.)
If you feel your device has an issue that was not caused by the above mentioned situations, contact us so we may trouble shoot with you or get you started on our warranty process.
