Troubleshooting Puffco Plus

Chamber not heating

• If the battery is functioning and the chamber won't heat, there may be a
connection issue.
॰ Recommend cleaning the gold connection pins located on the top of the
battery and the underside of the chamber with a cotton swab dipped in
91%+ IPA.
॰ Debris can cause a bad connection, which stops the pen from working or
charging.

Battery just flashing

• Usually the result of a connection issue.
॰ Debris can cause a bad connection which stops the pen from working or
charging.
॰ Recommend cleaning the gold connection pins located on the top of the
battery and the underside of the chamber with a cotton swab dipped in
91%+ IPA.
॰ Make sure the connection between the battery and charger is also clean so
that the battery can fully charge.

Clogged chamber

• With extended use, it is possible for clogging in the chamber to occur.
• To alleviate clogs:
॰ Unscrew the mouthpiece.
॰ Hold the pen upside down over a paper towel.
॰ Initiate "Sesh Mode" for a cycle or two allowing any byproduct
to drip out of the holes in chamber.
• May have to repeat this process a few times, depending on
the severity of the clog.
॰ Let the pen cool every 2-3 "Sesh Mode" cycles.

Puffco Plus chamber leaking product through battery

• Smaller loads (.2-.3g) at a time and refill per use.
• Keep the pen vertically straight—especially when warm.
॰ Small holes on the walls of your chamber promote circulation of airflow.
॰ If contents inside the chamber are hot, they may leak through these holes if
the pen is not held upright.
• Battery and threading can be cleaned using cotton swab dipped in
91%+ IPA.
