Troubleshooting your Pre-Heat Slim Battery

When pressing the fire button, the device just flashes a rainbow light.

This may be an indication that your device needs to be charged, give the following steps a try:

1. Plug your device into your 1-Amp charging cord, make sure the small red light illuminates on the bottom of the battery by the charging port.
2. Leave the device to charge until the red indicator light near the charging port turns off.
3. Turn your Slim Pre-Heat Battery on by pressing the fire button 5 times. The fire button will flash with rainbow colors when powering on/off.
4. After the light stops flashing, proceed to vape.

My Pre-Heat Slim is not producing vapor but all light functions work.

If your battery is not producing any vape and the light functionalities are working as normal this could mean three possible problems.

One, the contents in your cartridge may need to heat up. You can try preheating your cartridge once or twice then taking a draw.

Secondly, you may want to try your cartridge on a different battery. If your cartridge works on another battery this may indicate that it is not compatible with the Pre-Heat Slim Battery. Most 510 thread cartridges are suited for the Pre-Heat Slim Battery however, there is a small percent of cartridges on the market that do not.

Lastly, the pin on the bottom of the cartridge may not be creating a connection with your Pre-Heat Slim Battery. You want to loosen the cartridge on your battery slightly, the pin on the bottom of the cartridge may need some adjustment on the battery in order to create connection.
