The LED light indicates the device is firing without actually being vaped on.
This only happens in some cases when juice floods down inside the device and shorts out the airflow sensor. Proper maintenance and cleaning will prevent this. However, we have modified the interior of all new devices and sealed off the airflow sensor.
If this occurs, take the pod out and contact us as soon as possible. When this happens, the damage is irreversible and we recommend submitting a ticket below. For safety reasons, the Mi-Pod is made of high temperature resistance poly-carbonate so in extreme cases, the pod can melt, but it will not burn/ignite. Additionally, the device will turn itself off after firing for 10-seconds consecutively as a safety precaution.
You will want to create a warranty claim with our customer support as this is covered under warranty. To be prepared, take a picture of the lot number inside of the device (under the pod), as we will need to see the serial number on the inside and where the serial number is located.
Using our newest pods that we have improved as well will prevent the airflow sensor from being compromised by juice, newer pods have extra silicone that prevent any leaking issues.
