If you have a pod that doesn’t fit correctly in the device, it is not the device, it is the pod. The pod may have a slight deformity that prevents it from catching properly. Every pod has a number located under the side airflow, 1 through 8 on it.
Typically this only happens if the side of the pod has a #5,6 or 7 under the side air-flow hole.
Users with this issue may temporarily fix this issue to continue using the pod while submitting a warranty request.
Apply a small piece of scotch tape around the pod, this will make it tight enough to fit and stay in your Mi-Pod.
