Each Mi-Pod 2.0 comes with a 6-Month Manufacturers defect warranty. Your kit will include a warranty that will need to be registered at https://mipod.com/pages/device-registration immediately after purchasing.
This warranty is nontransferable and can only be registered to one person. The following instances would void your Mi-Pod 2.0 warranty:
- Water damage
- Lost/Stolen device
- Smashed devices (dropped from a high distance)
- Broken Lanyard Slot
If you have a device that was not damaged in the mentioned instances and you are experiencing what appears to be a manufacturer’s defect, we are more than happy to stand behind the provided warranty. We are aware that some older devices had some bugs that needed to be worked out.
If you feel your device has an issue that was not caused by the above mentioned situations, contact us so we may trouble shoot with you or get you started on our warranty process.
